Return & Exchanges

To help ensure you make the right choice, we offer a very flexible return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. 

• A 15% restocking charge may be charged for items returned not in the original product packaging. 
• Your return will be processed within 2-5 business days. Freight charges are non-refundable.

To return or exchange, please follow the instructions below:

1) Please contact our customer service for a return authorization code. You will need to write this return authorization code on the return shipping label. Also, please don’t forget to include your original invoice in the return package. All returned merchandise should be fully insured and delivery confirmation requested since we are not responsible for any missing merchandise. We will issue a refund within 3 business days after we receive your return merchandise.
